Shane is incredible! This was our first home and we had no clue what we were doing. Shane took an incredible amount of time to walk us through each and every step (sometimes multiple times) and even went with us to open houses. Shane sold a Santa Monica condo for me in summer of 2021, and I couldn't have been happier. He helped me through getting things repaired, staged, photographed, listed and shown. Shane did a very good job for me, both getting a good result and being thoroughly communicative throughout. We discussed mechanics and tactics and strategy regularly, so that there were few surprises that could not be overcome. He's also a nice guy, which helps a lot as well.
